Everything You Need to Know -

We understand that choosing a retreat is a personal decision. Here are answers to some of the questions we hear most often.

Is this retreat right for me?

Our retreats are designed for adults seeking personal growth, renewed perspective, and meaningful time away from the demands of everyday life. Every guest begins with a conversation to help determine whether the experience is the right fit.

Do I need previous retreat experience?

No. Many of our guests are attending a retreat for the first time. We’ll guide you through the preparation process and answer your questions before you arrive.

How many guests attend each retreat?

We intentionally keep our retreat groups small to create a more personal, supportive, and meaningful experience for every guest.

What is included?

Retreat details vary by location, but accommodations, meals, guided experiences, and retreat programming are included unless otherwise noted on the retreat page.

How do I prepare?

Once your application is accepted, you’ll receive detailed preparation information, guidance, and recommendations to help you arrive feeling informed and ready for your experience.

What should I bring?

We’ll provide a complete packing guide before your retreat, including recommended clothing, personal items, and travel information specific to your destination.

What happens after the retreat?

Personal growth continues long after you return home. We encourage every guest to take time to reflect, integrate their experience, and apply the insights they’ve gained to everyday life.

Are the retreats private?

Yes. We value every guest’s privacy and strive to create an environment built on trust, discretion, and mutual respect.

How do I reserve my place?

The first step is to complete an application or schedule a discovery call. We’ll answer your questions, discuss your goals, and help determine whether a Casa Nueva retreat is the right fit for you.
